To succeed in the corporate world, first succeed with your kid as the boss. Seriously. This blog is intended to share ideas on raising a healthy, happy and confident toddler; which I am struggling to succeed in so far. I have a 55 month old cheeky monkey called Tee, of the female origin that drives me towards challenge after challenge. Every single day.
Since birth, I have read a dozen books and websites on raising happy, healthy and confident toddlers but nothing really hit the spot. Especially since most of the resources are written by Westerners who don’t take into account our Asian culture.
So……experiment after experiment with Tee as my guinea pig, folding my sleeves up and getting my hands dirty, I’ve sussed out many toddler management techniques that work. I don’t have a maid either so it’s me, solo, hands-on mothering. There are days when I totally lose it, of course, but by and by, we get by.
And if you met her? I’m sure you’d agree that she IS a happy, healthy and confident toddler.
